We did indeed make the delivery without calling firstOur truck was in the area and our driver drove up the driveway and made the deliveryThe invoice was left in the doorWe got a call as to why we didn't call first and I explained that the driver didn' t think he would have enough oil left on his truck to make the delivery, but, he didSo the delivery was madeThen he called the office and complained that he didn't get a call firstHe also stated that he gave us a credit card number that morning and that he would not be getting his cash discountI told him to mail in the check for the discounted amount and the credit card would not be chargedHe did get his discount just as he would if he was there to pay the driver..His credit card was not charged
