Review: Hopwood Masonry was hired to remove the balcony tile, sand the surface to remove rest of the under tile stuff and seal.The work was done unprofessionally and the balcony surface and wooden part were damaged. During the tile removing, the company damaged the surface and filled the cavities with a concrete. The color of the filling is very dark, but the balcony surface is light gray. Sanding was done, but the under tile residue stays on the surface. The balcony surface looks ugly and significantly reduces the price of my property.The company doesn't want to fix the problem and makes me pay for the job which damaged the property.Desired Settlement: Hopwood Masonry can1. Complete the job on the professional level and fix the damage at no additional cost to meOR2. Send me a letter they understand the problem, but can't continue to fix and agree to reverse the charge.

Good Morning,
Just for the record this is our first notice of a complaint via an email dated 06/13/14. In response we would like to state that we were not hired by Regina Alexandrov, we were hired by Manchester Village and given the ok to proceed with work. The work was done in a professional manner and approved by again who hired us Manchester Village. We damaged nothing on the balcony. We do not get involved with the issues that may exist between homeowner and association/board of directors.
