[redacted] I am enclosing an attached copy of mr [redacted] agreement on my agreement it says paid upon completion mean my job was complete my services were done there is no warranty offer no support offer I sell those services when mr [redacted] reported a problem he had drowned his yard and dried part of it out I did not find evasive bugs in his yard I caution everybody about proper maintenance of their yard and that is always good idea to use a pesticide because there are evasive bugs that can wipe out your yard I pretreat every yard with a pesticide post-treatment is up to owner care is up to owner

I am rejecting this response because:The response given was that he did not return, or check back on the reseeding.The watering of the lawn was as per recommended by him.The planting of the new sod over the old sod, is not acceptable since the quote was for sod removal and soil treatment for new sod.His statement to me that since I was selling my home not to put too much into it,, I paid him 3.6K That's a lot And I never had bugs or weeds in my yard till the new sod was insatalled
