Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID#? [redacted] , and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because: Because he's been very ride that day and I tell him I will let friend and family no about this situation.that is the reason he don't wanna resolve it.all I need is my $cent.because I didn't spend that night at the red roof in.I go to that red roof many many times in the past.and I never have to go thru this.I also make cancellation too and it was a problem.all I need is my refund.and they putting me thru he'll.shame on there management Sincerely, [redacted] ?

*** *** was informed numerous times that he booked an advance purchase reservation on the websiteLike with any hotel brand and airlines these are non cancellable reservations that are offered at rates lower than the standard rateThey are charged at the time of booking with the understanding
that they cannot be cancelledNo one was nasty with *** ***, he simply wanted a refund and was told noI did encourage him to read the different terms and conditions when booking in the future to avoid a similar occurrenceHe then informed me he would bad mouth the property to everyone he knew including social media and the Revdex.comAt that point I informed him that I am more than comfortable with our business practices and if he felt that was the best use of his time to proceed as it is his right to do so

Guest booked the room for Christmas Eve through ***There is a hour cancellation policyShe would have had to call ***She did notShe alleges she called the hotelThe hotel cannot cancel an *** reservation and if she did call on the day of arrival as she is alleging, it would
have been too lateShe called the next day and spoke to Roxana the front desk clerk who advised her it was too lateShe didn't like that answer and then spoke to the AGM FranciscoHe advised her of the same thing, said she would never stay again and hung up the phoneThe hotel is following standard procedure and this is what would happen with any reservation that tries to cancel within the cancellation time

When *** *** was checking out of the hotel the computer system was temporarily downWhen the bill was provided to *** *** his response was that it was incorrectHe left a voice message for the *** *** expressing his concern about the discrepancy to his folioThe *** ***
returned his call and left a voice message as he did not pick upAn email was also sent to the guest in regards to his concernAfter looking at *** ***'s folio, an adjustment was made to remove the safe fee that is charged daily to each roomThis is removed without question if a guest lets us know that they did not utilize this serviceThis fee had been removed from *** ***'s folio to reflect that he was only charged for room and tax during his stayThe $that is being disputed has been credited to *** ***'s accountThe hotel apologized to *** *** for any inconvenience
