Horizon Adjustment Inc

If you are insured and your insurance company threatens to send out Kevin M[redacted] from Horizion Adjustments inc. tell them NO!!!!!! My mother in-law has Frontal Temporal Dementia (FTD) she has lost the ability to speak and can barely understand writing at this point. Her having FTD has made it very hard for her to understand why we haven't been able to do the repairs on our house. She is very upset and it upsets her every time she looks out the windows. I have had the displeasure of dealing with this company from Glasgow and the poor Adjusting ability's. First and for most I have been in the restoration business for over 10 years and know the in and outs of the BS people like this pull on elderly and expecting people, for instance he is trying to tell me that the Anderson windows that are damaged need just a pain of glass. Unfortunately Kevin needs to do his homework thermo double pain window cannot just have the single pain replaced the whole sash needs replaced. He is also expecting me to leave the vinyl clad frames in place even though they have holes in them. Also there is this law in Montana that requires an insured structure or item be brought back to pre-loss condition, so replacing the one window in the addition that he deems needing to replace because the frame is destroyed should result in all the windows being replace because the glass in the new window is energy efficient and has a tint that will stand out next to the other windows. However Kevin M[redacted] thinks it is okay to just leave it that way. [redacted]BEWARE[redacted]
