We really don't want to have any further dealings with this customer, we will send a refund of $to her this week This complaint comes a year after we tinted their vehicle, they were a happy customer, had no complaints about the quality of our work, enjoyed working with our company and the benefits and look of the tint, referred people to our business and never had an issue with the legal limits in New Mexico Moving out of the state and becoming accountable to new tint laws in Texas is the only thing that has happened since then but it has become our fault in some way in her eyes In her phone call to us nearly a year later, she all of a sudden became a very rude person towards us and threatened us saying she still knows people in New Mexico and she'd be sure to call them and tell them not to do business with us if we didn't give her what she wanted She has in turn written bad online reviews and gone to the Revdex.com We would just prefer to move on from this issue at this point and we will consider this matter closed and wish her well Thank you
