Horizon Casino Resort

I would like to complain about this hotel that we stayed for 3 days several months ago. the experience was so bad that I could not let it go easily so I decided to file a complaint with Revdex.com because I had no luck with the hotel management.what happened then was that we had a paralyzed bunny with us so once my husband went to the room to bring the bunny outside so he walked across the casino area. the so-called security approached him in a very very rude way and wanted to stop him from "showing off" the bunny to people! we were NOT making a show, he was merely walking out the hotel.the bad taste of the conduct of this illiterate staff was so bad that we checked out. but when so cautioned to the security guy he said, "i could care less if you check out!!"i would like a FULL refund of out hotel as well as food because I ended up vomiting all I had eaten!!!!Product_Or_Service: hotelDesired Settlementfull refund of our trip, end of story.

I stayed at Horizon hotel from 3/14/14-3/16/14. On 3/15/14 at 8:15am I left my cellphone in my hotel room and left to go skiing over 45 minutes away. I returned around 5:15pm on the same day to find my cellphone gone. I searched all the belongings in the hotel room, under the bed, everywhere, with no cell phone. I then used my protection application to track my cell phone, which confirmed my phone was in the hotel at 12:10pm, which was while I was over 45 minutes away. I went to security and the front desk. Both kept turning me to the other. Finally, the head security man, [redacted], told me he asked housekeeping who said it was not taken. I again referred to the tracking, which confirmed it was in the hotel (i had not traveled anywhere that morning besides my car and hotel room). He said he understood it was frustrating but there was nothing he could do. I then said I would like them to at least pay the deductible on the insurance I had on my phone so I could get a replacement, but he refused.
