Our company tried to cancel your order, but it had already been processed with the vendor, so unfortunately was out of our controlAs stated in the order process, unfortunately orders can't be canceled once they're processed, which is clearly posted on our company's website in the Terms of Sales, which you agreed to in order to make your purchase by checking a box stating that you agree to the Terms of SalesThis is an electronic signature & there's a link to the Terms of Sales next to it during checkout, which you signed & agreed to in order to place your order Unfortunately our company does not offer a price guarantee, which is also clearly defined in the Terms of Sales, again which you electronically signed & agreed toAll prices on all models are clearly marked, which you also agreed toAnd our price is well below the manufacturer's retail price We sincerely apologize for any misunderstanding

I am rejecting this response because: it is untrue. The manufacturer did not have time to be contacted and the chairs did not come from the manufacturer. They came from a discount house. Attached find documentation of the LOW prices these chairs can be purchased for as opposed to the high double markups of the same chairs.
