Rain One winterized the Irrigation System on September 26th, successfully and just like it has been done for many years prior Unfortunately, the water was inadvertently turned back on to the Irrigation System at some point by the customer which lead to a pipe burst in December We have suggested to not make any repairs until our weather (temperatures) is deemed to be safe and this will be done on April 11th, We do not anticipate much damage and this will be taken care of at no charge to the customer We appreciate our customers and consider this matter to be successfully resolved

This complaint was a result of a total misunderstanding and has been resolved with much satisfaction on both the homeowner and Rain One The work was completed as originally agreed upon and at the original specified dates & times and unfortunately the owner did not recognize this had been completed Everyone is happy and we'll continue to do work for this great customer Thanks and we appreciate the opportunity!

First, we want to thank you for being a loyal customer of Rain One for over years. Each of our customers is important to us.Since this issue occurred over a year ago, we want to make sure that it is resolved to your satisfaction as soon as possible.Underground leaks with an older system can
be difficult to locate without significant labor and disruption to the landscape. Often a leak that occurs in one area travels underground and surfaces in a new place. In our decades of experience, we have seen situations where a substantial section of piping needs to be uncovered to locate a small pinhole in a component part.The more information you provide the technician before digging begins will help us solve the problem quickly. We recommend that you be present when the technician arrives to show him where the water is accumulating and whether the leak is continuous or intermittent. Your viewpoint and knowledge of the problem will be far better than the technician can gather in a short observation. In many cases, a puddle or excess water may not actually be a leak, but may come from too much water being applied in an area, surface drainage or drainage of the water from the system after it shuts off.Once the technician meets with you, he will explain if the situation is a leak and which areas of the landscape will need to be excavated to search for the source and will seek your permission to complete that work.Please contact our office so we can schedule a technician to meet with you to learn more about your leak problem
