I want to share experience a lot positive with Aurum Contracting roofingEmployees are friendly and great job to replace thru shingles and Guard gutter also whirlwind turbine fans on Garage roofmy house look great new roof !Just workers on their super job for hours to complete everything on my house and garage roofing !

I had a property that had some extensive damage from a fireI hired Aaron and Aurum for some framing work on this property and they did an excellent jobThe work was handled extremely quickly and professionallyI used someone other than Aurum for the roof and regret that decisionHad I used Aurum, I'm sure it would have gotten done more quickly and professionallyI would highly recommend Aurum to anyone looking for roofing or siding workSince then, there have been several individuals who inquired about roofing/siding work and I referred them to Aurum and will continue to do so

Aaron's workers did a wonderful job on our new roofA large team came in and did the entire job in under hoursWe are very satisfied with the explanation of the process and the resolution of any problems

My company was sub contracted by Aurum Contracting to to a Re-roof JobWe were only paid a Percentage of job and at the end they have proven to be difficult to resolve this matter and pay the remainder for the invoice

I contracted this business to provide roofing and gutter replacement services The job was completed in a very unsatisfactory mannerWe are very disappointed in the quality of work and follow throughThis company is not very careful during the process, does not clean up well and does not follow up after the job is completeThe customer service is horribleThey do not like questions asked and are not open to listening to complaintsThe owner actually threatened physical harm to me and the police were notifiedThey assure you over and over about their experience and warranty but it should have been done right the first timeI have damage (from Aurum) to my siding, window wrapping, and improperly installed drip edge, gutters/down spouts to name a fewMy roof was completed on/or about June 12thI still do not have the many issues correctedThe field supervisor that I have been dealing with is less than knowledgeable and can not give any type of answerI have contacted them repe

The majority of this complaint is not accurate, however, in an effort to comply with the Revdex.com and to provide top notch customer service to this customer specifically is definitely at the top of our agenda and we are in the process of rectifying the situation

Aurum Contracting replaced the roof and the siding on our house We had gotten quotes from a number of contractors but Aurum stood out for a couple of reasons First, their quoted price was very reasonable They itemized the proposal and did not try to upsell anything Second, Aurum listened to what we wanted and answered all of our questions Never was there a high pressure sales pitch Aaron and his group really took the time to hear us out and crafted a effective plan to address our roof and siding replacement needs They worked with our insurance company to make certain that the hail damage to our home was covered This was done in a matter-of-fact way There was nothing adversarial or aggressive- Aaron is a real professional Once the crews started working, it was clear that they knew their craft well Because we live in an older home with its share of quirks, small issues arose These were dealt with by Aurum in a very effect manner They found solid solutions at a cost savings Throughout the process, Aaron was very responsive to our questions and never hesitated to stop out and assess how the projects were progressing Since the completion of the project we have had countless compliments on our home- thanks to Aurum I am certain that when we next need work done on our home, we will be calling Aurum

I contracted Aurum to work on my house after a hail storm hit my townThey were contracted to do the roof, gutters, siding, and deckI had informed them of the date I needed the work completed by and that I needed to be there when all work was doneThey came when I wasn't there after specific instructions not toThen they disappeared for over a month with no contact! They even ignored my textsI called the owner who started talking about how this situation could lead to bad reviews and that his guy would call meOne week later and nothingI was informed my siding had been back ordered but they made no attempt to finish any of the other workI am still waiting
