This company took over the Rolling Meadows trailer park about 5 years ago and since then it has been a horrible mess. They put water meters that are not rate for this climate and have been making the resident pay for the replacement of them when they freeze and burst. Note that there was no problem on this scale before the hunger seeking mns took over. The theft rate has gone up dramaticly and has been brought to the attention of the management with a response that they are going to do nothing about it. I cant grow grass in my yard because of the river that forms in my yard and tree roots. The trees leak sap and nuts that damage are homes and cars which was also brought to the attention. Now they think they have the right to raise the lot rent again with in two years and this is after they are making the residents pay for thier own water that was included in the lot rent but they never adjusted the lot rent. So in short they are immoral crooks with no concern that some people live here because they cant afford to move and where I come from its no different than forcing children to work for pennies an hour because they have no choice. I will be writing are state and federal government officals.
