The attached pictures show my boss leaving when the Horizon lawn people were working on our lawn and he states one was suspiciously meandering around my vehicle looking very nervous. The other pictures shows when I left to find my windshield shattered. I arrived at work with my windshield in tact. I left and there was a two foot long crack across the driver's side (which has since grown in size since it is unattended) I have sent the owners proof of time and shown them the damange. They are not responding. They gave refused to supply me with their insurance information so I can file a claim. That correspondence is the other attachment. In the spirit of just putting this behind me and getting my vehicle "whole" again, I offered via email to just file with MY insurance company, which will cause in increase in premium, and have them pay the $500 deductible. No response for that either.
We have been in contact with Ms. [redacted] to confirm accuracy of the allegations she is m[redacted]g. I have sent her two emails with no response with regard to timing and Mr. [redacted] arrival as to when he said he saw our crew "suspiciously" walking around her vehicle. We are awaiting response...
Providing the video/screenshot evidence showing time and date of Mr. [redacted] arrival with our crew on site and your departure would be of great help. Our current conclusions are based on the timing you and your coworker have been providing that the loss happened between 12:00 p.m. and 3:00 p.m. and our crew not being on site when you left.
