several complaints made regarding appropriate noise levels and was not addressed by management. In fact tenant was retaliated against and a notice to leave was taped to the door. Neighbors are known drug dealers/addicts and it clearly states background check will be performed.Obviously not done. Safety is compromised due to lack of follow through from management.
We have been living here for over 3 months... took a job over 60 miles away read in lease that lease can be terminated for "good cause" examples were moving for a job... horizon is having a huge fit about it and is saying I can't leave. Because it's not what their lease says... but they won't tell me what theirs says... worst place ever.. do not live here
I spent two long years at a Horizon Management Group Building in which rules were not enforced and loud obnoxious behavior tolerated. Dogs were allowed to run around loose despite provisions requiring a leash and the police were regulary called to the building for loud drunken behavior yet nothing was ever done. My advice to anyone thinking of moving into a Horizon property: FIND ANOTHER PLACE!
