On December **, 2016, I have received my order (*** tracking attached) via ***. The order was complete and the parts did fit my sewing machine. However, if for not my having filed disputes with the Revdex.com and PayPal, I sincerely
believe that this company would have stolen my money and left my order fulfilled. On December **, 2016, I have contacted *** by phone and informed them that I have received my item. The response I received from *** was; "We have already refunded your money because of no response for the seller. Therefore, per your request you will receive a check in the mail for the amount of $and close your *** account. Also, you will not be held liable for the return of any package/s received from the said company of this complaint and dispute".It is by the actions of the BBS and *** taken against this company as charged and who by threat of legal action has decided to comply with my order. That I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me and the matter has been resolved.
