Horizon Physical Therapy, P.C.

I have been paying on this acct every month and without notice they turned it over to a collection agency.
I noticed the [redacted] statement looked different than previous statements but they cashed my [redacted] payment and on [redacted] I received a collection notice. Again they did not send a letter or anything about paying in full or turning it over to a collection agency.Also I was told by my doctor they were doing more harm to my back than helping to and not to go to them anymore. I personally think sometimes this physical therapy stuff is a racket because they tell you you need to come in 2 or 3 times a week and rack up the bills.
