[To assist us in bringing this matter to a close, you must give us a reason why you are rejecting the responseIf no reason is received your complaint will be closed Administratively Resolved] Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because:Received new coop on 12/28/15, coop was fine but paint on window was chipped and was replaced by window from old coop New bottom hinged screens were so warped that they could not be usedHad to remove and install screens from old coop and these still need to be replaced The run end piece was not stained properly and needs to be fixed and re-stained I cannot accept this as resolved at this time Once Horizon Structures, LLC corrects these issues to satisfactory condition I will be happy to remove my complaint Until then my complaint will stay in place Regards, [redacted]

I am rejecting this response because:Received new coop on 12/28/15, coop was fine but paint on window was chipped and was replaced by window from old coop.
