I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID *** and find that this resolution would be satisfactory to me to a point The original work was done incorrectly and one partner was very rude and treated me like I was stupid They fixed cracking grout but it will happen again since the floor was laid so unevenly The original partner left ASAP and the partner that was out due to medical reasons when the work was done stayed behindI discussed how the original work was done and how his partner refusing to return a call was in no way acceptable and he agreed They put pig on a lipstick and I will have problems with part of the floor forever because it was done incorrectly I will have to live with that and likely have mess on my hands in the years to come The partner that stayed behind asked me to call him with future problems but gave me no contact info and I would be wasting my time calling the other which has been proven with no calls for over six months I would not recommend this company but will live with the situation that is left I have no real choice since my tile is discontinued. *** ***
