Tires less then a year old developed cracks on sidewall off all four tires. Inspection station failed inspection. Very dangerous tire being sold
Tires less then a year old developed cracks on sidewall off all four tires. Inspection station failed inspection. Very dangerous tire being sold that does this being parked in garage out of sun and with only *** miles on them.

They finally decided to give me back at least partial payment in the amount of $169.50
That was decided and agreed in a email. I consider action approved for closure of case. I wish it was not so hard and they would not try to side track or not answer calls. been hung up on multiple times from this company and have emailed over thirty times to get to this point.

Bought tires in October of 2018. All 4 tires' sidewalls blew out in August of 2019. Walmart instructed me to contact Horizon Tire, they ignore me.
They know all about my complaint. Bought in October 2018, blew out in August of 2019. I've sent info, photos of defective tires, sales receipts, and they do not answer. I've called, mt mother's called, my Boss called, and they do not respond. We've requested an "RMA" to start our refund, as the website states to do, they do not respond.
A refund of $192.93 for the defective tires.

We have contacted the customer and offered a full refund on the purchase price plus her original tire installation costs, in the total amount of $240.93. The customer indicated that she accepts the offer.
We do not agree the tire is defective. There has been no inspections, we have not seen the tire, and we have no other claims of defect concerning this model tire. Regardless, we decided to refund in full as a customer service.
(The consumer indicated he/she ACCEPTED the response from the business.)
I have accepted their refund and I am awaiting the check in the mail. Thank you for your services!
