The CDL Skills Exam is a highly regulated process, controlled, in Indiana by the Indiana State Police.

established by the State of Indiana for testing and charging for testing.
With respect to missed appointments, the policy to charge the full fee when an appointment is missed is posted on site, conspicuously, and exists due to the fact that all exams must be scheduled in advance. When missed, the test site is out the revenue that would have resulted from a kept appointment. Therefore, the no-refund policy.
With respect to multiple failures, Horizon Transport does not control testing procedure nor interfere in the results of any test.
