Initial Business Response / [redacted] (1000, 18, 2015/11/10) */ After the complaint was received I spoke with the student and asked why would she file complaint if she had not mentioned anything in the pastShe stated she was upset because her hours were reduced, I then asked if she was offered to attend else where and she said "yes", but did not like one of the facilities that was minutes away from the the schoolI then offered other locations which were further and she decline as wellI then explained to if there is no dentist in the office, then she would not receive the training she needs As for the harassment, Mrs [redacted] was never mistreated, everyone at the offices are treated equally and when asked, she said that she was not being mistreated in any way or form On the last week of her internship she agreed to go to another location, but there was a complaint form the dentistThe dentist stated she threaten him, and did not want to work with herThere was also several witness who provided statements of the issue Mrs [redacted] was allowed to complete her program since she was already almost done Now, as for the refund, she will not receive a refund for the program, but she will receive her certificate Initial Consumer Rebuttal / [redacted] (3000, 20, 2015/11/10) */ (The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.) About the facility minutes away that is stated I was offered to go I told them how I was being mistreated by the employees and did not feel comfortable but I would still go if necessary but I was able to stay in my original facility those daysAnd about the traveling to other facilities it was out of my control to travel since I could not cover the expense for thatI also comment about the harassment by a dentist and was asked to talk to him in private to fix my issueI brought up this issue several times and nothing was done about itOn the last week on my internship I was in my original facility the week previous to that I was on a different facility on Thursday which is the facility I would go to every Thursday and as of the issue that arose between the dentists and I there was no one their to witness what really happened and when I asked for the video surveillance to be pulled up I was told there was no audio to it
