We contracted John Horn Painting to paint the exterior of our house With a few exceptions, the job was done well A few days later, bubbles appear on my front door After a couple of months of calls, they attempted to strip and repaint the door The bubbles returned John Horn Painting took no further action to remedy the situation In the end, I'll have to replace the door, costing me at least $

My house was painted about 1 month ago. John Horn is not the painter nor does he spend much time on site. The 2 gentlemen who did the actual painting were very personable. The job was
To paint the exterior of my one story house, paint the stucco walls surrounding the house, paint an aluminum slated “golf course view fence, and paint the stem wall below the view fence (both sides-golf course side and my side). Overall, the exterior house painting was okay; however the doors and frames were very poorly “completed. The doors are streaked and rough as are the frames. I sent John a message about two weeks ago regarding this, but he never acknowledged my message nor has he or anyone else ever responded!
Every area below the golf course fence slats was covered with overspray because it was not prepared properly by covering with painters plastic and then John tried to tell me that it was not their paint and intimated it looked like “that” before they painted! It was basically resolved and the majority if the overspray was removed with pressure washing, but the overspray is still visible on desert rock landscape...
The view fence slats bubbled during a recent light rain so I have to feel that it was not painted properly.
Painters were messy and I have spent a good deal of time and elbow grease removing paint from patio, sidewalks and driveway.
Disappointed
