Dear Ms***, Thank you for sharing Mr*** complaint concerning him not receiving the couch for his Cyclonefifth wheel. Unfortunately, I only learned of the problem when I received the complaint from you.In researching this problem I found out we'd actually ordered the
couch weeks before the ***took delivery of their Cyclone. Joel *** has been working with Dustin *** from Cycloneattempting to get the couch and have it shipped to Texas. After receiving the complaint we asked Dustin tocall Mr. *** and share with Scott that *** ** had in fact ordered the couch and been following up regularlywith Cyclone but Cyclone hadn't been able to locate the proper sofa. During that conversation Dustin told Scott he'd finally been able to locate the proper sofa and would ship it to a Texas Cyclone dealer. We have called Mr*** and offered to reimburse him the $plus $in tax. However, after Scottspoke with Dustin from Cyclone he said he'd prefer having the sofa. I'll follow up with you next week to verify the sofa has in fact been sent to Mr. ***. If it hasn't we'll send Scott a check. Sincerely, Greg ***

Jim, I was in contact with Scott Friday. I am still waiting on an eta from our end that furniture comes from overseas and I know it was on back order hopefully ai can have an answer in the next day or so. Sorry this is taking so long

If fact they said that the couch "was thrown in on the deal" and we had to send the paperwork to prove we did indeed pay for itWe have not received phone calls with updated we continually have to call themThis is very discouraging to say the leastSomeone has dropped the ball on this issue. Horn's needs to get this problem solved asap as we have been waiting for this couch since April
