Dear Ms [redacted] , Thank you for sharing Mr [redacted] complaint concerning him not receiving the couch for his Cyclonefifth wheel Unfortunately, I only learned of the problem when I received the complaint from you.In researching this problem I found out we'd actually ordered the couch weeks before the [redacted] took delivery of their Cyclone Joel [redacted] has been working with Dustin [redacted] from Cycloneattempting to get the couch and have it shipped to Texas After receiving the complaint we asked Dustin tocall Mr [redacted] and share with Scott that [redacted] had in fact ordered the couch and been following up regularlywith Cyclone but Cyclone hadn't been able to locate the proper sofa During that conversation Dustin told Scott he'd finally been able to locate the proper sofa and would ship it to a Texas Cyclone dealerWe have called Mr [redacted] and offered to reimburse him the $plus $in tax However, after Scottspoke with Dustin from Cyclone he said he'd prefer having the sofa I'll follow up with you next week to verify the sofa has in fact been sent to Mr [redacted] If it hasn't we'll send Scott a checkSincerely, Greg ***
