I would like you to pickup the Woodmaster Wood Boiler within daysI am not happy the customer service, installation or product

Mr*** wanted to buy an outdoor Woodmaster furnace from us and install the equipment himself. He tried to install and id for the most part. He did
call on numerous times to ask how to hook up his Woodmaster boiler/furnace and we would walk him through hooking it up. He then wanted us to hook up the low voltage and water heater. Our technician did have a relay wired wrong, which we returned and corrected at NO charge. Also, the water heater limed up because Mr*** has no water softner. We returned and replaced the limed up piping at NO expense to Mr*** because Hornbuckle Heating, Cooling and Plumbing, Inc., wants satisfied customers.Hornbuckle Heating, Cooling, and Plumbing, Inc., has donated over eight hours of our time, expertise, and hundreds of dollars in materials to try to satisfy Mr***. I am thinking Mr*** is a customer that cannot be satisfied.Mr*** will not be receiving a refund of the Woodmaster boiler/furnace and we will not be allowing a return on the purchased item
