AS PER OUR RESPONSE TO THIS COMPLAINT WE ARE STAYING FIRM ON OUR DECISION THAT MRS [redacted] WAS GIVE HALF OF THE PROFIT OF THE TRADE AND FEEL THAT WE HAVE BEEN FAIR WITH OUR DECISION IM SORRY FOR ANY INCONVIENCE TO MRS [redacted] BUT SHE IS THE ONE THAT AGREED TO SIGN OFF ON THE TRADE FOR DOLLARS

the customer is correct that we did take a trade in with out her signing off on the title but in the state of Arizona it is not always required to have both signatures and after doing further research [redacted] the general manager found that in the state of Texas that it does require both signatures and after a few phone conversations with Mrs [redacted] we came to an agreement of four hundred dollars which was more than have of the vehicles value after payoff for her to sign off on the title she has since decided not to honor that agreement but has cashed our check which I can send a copy if necessary

Review: this dealership took a trade in on an "and" title not an "or" title without signature of both owners ,and let the purchaser drive off the lot ,with out the consent of the owner of the vehecile he traded for it , ( a dealership cannot transfer title ,or submit payoff without both signatures ) and did not make an attempt to contact the owner during sale ..then starting to contact me in an abrupt manner about signing off on a title ,that I was unaware was being sold ..to my knowledge they have made no contact ,with the owner who traded the vehecicle he did not have ownership to sell ,,Desired Settlement: I am requesting half of what was given for the truck as a trade in ,not being present during trade and having no knowledge of trade , I don't know how much was given as a trade ,because I am the primary co owner of the truck in question ,
