Lied about appointment time and very rude when questioned

Absolutely horribleWaited days for appointment, technician said he would have to order parts Once parts came in, said it would be another week to schedule repair Wound up buying parts (in stock everywhere) and fixing myself Lousy customer service, and level of arrogance that was unbelievable

Intermittent problems in our field are scarce, but they do happen as in the case with Mr. [redacted] washer. We have been out to his home three times because according to the customer, the washer leaks. All three times that we have been out there the washer machine never leaked. The only thing we noticed with his washer was that the fill valve was slow to turn off after power was removed from the washer. As a precaution, we replaced the valve. The washer worked fine for approx. two months. Mr. [redacted] called us the third time stating the washer flooded his home. We again went out to his home and tested the washer twice. The machine did not fail, it washed and spinned correctly. No leaks were detected with the washer. We did verify water damage to his home, but we can not be 100% sure that it was the washer that caused the damage. Mr. [redacted] wanted repairs done to his home and he has filed a claim with our insurance. As a courtesy to Mr. [redacted], we also recommended replacement of his washer machine to his insurance company. We were unaware that his insurance company denied our recommendation. His insurance company has the final say in the matter of his replacement, not Hornet Appliance. We are sorry that Mr. [redacted] feels that we were slow in response, but we did verify the damages to his home, provide the phone number for our insurance company to file a claim, and recommended replacement to his appliance.
