To Whom it may concern, In response to your letter of July 8, 2015, when Mr. [redacted] came in to pick up the hitch, with his son, that day. We have already contacted [redacted] about this issue and they told us that it did not come with the hitch and charged us for the hitch. We were only charging...
the customer cost and shipping. When Mr. [redacted]'s son continued to get very loud and swear at our parts person, we, at that point, said we would keep the hitch and look into the matter further. Enclosed you will find emails from our DSM about the confusion of this product. When we got word from our DSM that they were going to pay for it because it was confusion and misrepresentation on their part, we sent the hitch to Mr. [redacted], at no charge, which was delivered on July 10th at 12:29 pm.Sincerely,
