Due to the Governors Executive order to ban events over 100 people this company has rescheduled their event to a Holiday Weekend when I would be unable to attend. their only offer is that the tickets are good for 24 months. This is unacceptable as no one can guarantee that I will be in this area or be able to attend in the next 24 months. All I am asking for is a refund on the tickets I cannot use.

Pre-order tickets are non-refundable which are discounted partly for reasons like this; events are always subject to change. Full price tickets are available at the door without the risk of rescheduling. HorrorHound Weekend is rescheduled for May 22-24th and we will honor any unused tickets for any future convention if you're unable to attend.

Their website specifically states that they give refunds for Extraordinary Reasons (see attached file). It does not say anything about the type of tickets that this covers.

Bought tickets for a convention. It was cancelled due to the Corina virus and they will not issue any refund saying it was not their fault

can check with your local post office and maybe the UK post office has more details I'll follow up with USPS but normally they cant give anymore information besides it left the country and to wait on international postoffice to update details

I ordered a back issue of their Horrorhound 2018 Fall Special magazine on October 5, 2018. I paid through *** and the $8.83 was deducted from my bank account on October 9, 2018. I then got an automated email from Horror Hound on October 25, 2018 that said my order was approved. On November 12, 2018 I emailed support asking about my order. I received a email from them the same day giving me a *** tracking link and they said it was not showing anything and they will contact *** the next day about the status. This was the last that I heard from them and they now are not responding to my emails. I posted a message on their Facebook page which is active and a tweet tagging them on Twitter and no response. I sent emails to support again on November 16 and 28 and also December 7, 2018. No response. At this time they have accepted my money and have not sent anything. The *** link still shows the same thing the day they sent it " Status Not Available".

The post office has been unable to provide us any information yet on the package. We'll move forward on our end trying to obtain a refund from *** for at least the postage amount and reship a new copy to you.
