Review: THE Original Horse Tack Company will not honor the refund policy stated in the description. (Contact them within 3 days for full refund) The saddle Delivered Feb 13th - didn't fit and I contacted and got a return authorization within the 3 day time limit. On Feb 16th - Sent the saddle back and they refuse to give me the full refund. Saying I didn’t contact them within three days. I have called, emailed and gone back and forth with the company and they say I didn’t contact them correctly. They gave a refund of $255.00 and refuse to honor a full refund, by keeping a fee of $85.00 for restocking... I just want the full refund and for them to honor the refund policy as I did contact them in the time frame in the refund policy.Desired Settlement: I would like the $85.00 refunded for the saddle. This will then make a full refund as their refund policy stated they would do, as I contacted them within the 3 day time limit for the return.

Prior to all this emailing I had called the company on Feb 14 to get instructions on how to return the saddle as it did not fit correctly, I was told to do the return thru [redacted].

This starts at the bottom of this email and goes up to the current date

I am rejecting this response because: I contacted THE Original Horse tack Company February 14, 2013 and explained that the saddle was not going to work, I was told "no problem, fill out the information on the [redacted] website for a full refund". I did this on Feb 16th, and sent the saddle back. I did contact them within the 3 day time period, I was told I would get a full refund, The saddle was sent back and now they are trying to tell me I didn't follow the rules for the refund.

I did follow the rules of the refund policy ( I DID contact them within the 3 day time frame) and would just like this company to refund the $85.00 fee they are withholding.

Review: Product listed from THE Original Horse Tack Company via [redacted].com for $21.60 per bag. I ordered four bags. Order was cancelled "because the price for the items(s) was not set correctly by the seller". Contacted The Original Horse Tack Company stating I purchased in good faith and despite the incorrect pricing I would like my product. The Original Horse Tack Company responded stating it was not incorrectly priced, but they could no longer get this product due to a recent fire in their (Original Horse Tack Company) facility. I checked their website and it continued to display the product for sale, but at a higher price. I advised them of this. They responded they would remove the item from their site. Four days later it continues to be offered for sale from their site.Desired Settlement: I would like to receive my four bags of [redacted] Hoof Wafters for the originally listed price of $21.60 per bag and shipping of $13.95 as originally stated at the time of purchase.
