Received phone call on 4/29/from Amy *** claiming representation for *** Auto Group demanding full refund from services performedCustomer was not content with conversation, as she repeatedly demanded full refund. I explained that I would look into campaign and no further
direct contact has been made with Amy after threats of tarnishing company name via internet and other meansRegarding response to complaint with the Revdex.com, services were provided to said company by a former employee of HorsePowerMarketing encompassing a multi-faceted marketing campaign to entail marketing in digital capacities, e-mail marketing and also included direct mail print. Other services in connection with this particular campaign were fulfilled with success and positive customer feedbackRevised artwork was sent to customer for approval regarding the direct mail piece to customer on April 6th,at 10:33AM EST whereas customer replied “Looks perfect”. On April 13th, received e-mail from customer regarding artwork approval stating “APPROVED! Looks great!!! I am already seeing an up in traffic from those IP banners!!” The unfortunate aspect of direct mail print is human error can occur whereas items may be overlooked in very few occurrences during final proofing and final approval processCustomer is holding HorsePower accountable for the layout and verbiage on the direct mail piece whereas printing services are provided by a 3rd party vendor. All final print is subject to customer review and customer final approval including layout, graphic design and location of variable data. As a result of dissatisfaction expressed by customer, HorsePower was prepared to offer a direct mail campaign in connection with 3rd party printer at cost at which customer refused offer

There was no miscommiunication at all This company lied to us when they sold us this campaign They told us that the flyers would target customer specific trades That is NOT what we received In addition, they just picked a random car, THAT WAS NEVER EVEN MANUFACTURED to put on the flyer They hurt our business more than they helped us For example: When a business offers to sell you applesred apples and you pay for them, but you receive lemons and when you inform them of the mess up and they acknowledge the mess up but respond with, "it's ok because they are both still fruit" That is deceiving and dishonest business practices

We have received your letter dated 4/28/14. For the record, we know of know attempt by Revdex.com to contact us prior to the...

letter (no phone calls, voice mail messages, or letters), As requested, we are responding to the complaint by [redacted], which Is a business and not a consumer.
[redacted] rented office space at Water Tower Place for two years. The lease included the use of office furniture, Section 24.11 of the lease dated 2/19/12 states: "Tenant may use during its tenancy the office furniture, file cabinets, etc. (see Exhibit C). All furnishings will be left in good condition, with normal wear and tear expected, in the Premises at the expiration of the lease Term. Tenant is responsible for replacing any missing or damaged items listed on Exhibit C  at lease termination."
One of the side chairs was damaged - fabric seat not attached to the chair rendering it unusable (pictures attached), We had the chair repaired at the cost of $110.00 by [redacted] in Sharonville, OH. Mr. [redacted] is not a high-tech businessman, and he utilizes hand-written receipts.
The chair is one of a set of four matching office chairs which were purchased approximately 12 years ago. They are high-quality furniture, which we expect to be able to continue to use. The one chair was not returned to us in "good condition". The tenant had the option of repairing the chair (as required by the lease), but chose instead to return it to us in an unuseable condition, An example of normal wear and tear is the stains on the seat which we cleaned at our expense.
Given the difference of opinion over what constitutes "normal wear and tear", I see no resolution with [redacted]. The $110.00 in dispute was expended by us to repair the chair as allowed by the lease. Attached are copies of correspondence with IOS regarding this matter.
Sincerely, [redacted], General Manager

I just made it in and saw the email about the response from  Horsepower 360.  I wanted to send an email to clarify some info that they have incorrect as well as give you some more documentation.  When they came into our dealership it was presented to us that the Mailers (which was the MAIN part of the campaign) would target our customers specific trades.  When I got the “proof” to approve I was told that it was just a “proof” as they can not have me approve each individual flyer because all 10,000 of them will be different being that they were for the customer’s specific vehicle that they currently own.  As soon as the flyers began to hit doors we started getting calls from customers thinking their identity was stolen because they have a flyer in their hand asking them to trade a vehicle in that they never owned….in  part because the vehicle that Horsepower 360 chose to put on all of our flyers was a Mitsubishi vehicle that they NEVER produced.  I immediately reached out via phone and email to Horsepower 360.  They did not want to help in any way, they acknowledge their mistake and kept passing the buck then they started avoiding me.  One of their employees (Kin [redacted]) gave me the email to the president of their company named Rusty [redacted].  I emailed him twice and got no response at all.  After that they will not respond or call us back.  Also, I recommended that they give us a refund above what cost is for them since they hurt our dealership more than they helped us.  You can see this request in the emails that I have attached.  This Marketing company is a SCAM.  I have attached the emails that I sent to their president and also Kim [redacted], who did the artwork where she says to me that SHE also forwarded my email to her higher ups and they would be contacting me back, but they never did.

We are standing on our convictions that we did not cause the damage on this chair. So that being said we feel that
we will let the court system make a decision upon presentation of our evidence compiled. I appreciate the RevDex.com and what it does but we see that this would be the only resolve in this matter.

Thank you,
