Review: I have a car I tried to Trade in on saturday an was told it has structural damage. When I purchased the car in 09 it had no information about the damage. Now I'm stuck with a car I wouldn't have brought in the first place if I knew about the damage. The car fax said that it started reporting it back in 2011. I was still unaware as I did not have a reason to run a car fax on my own car. I was never disclosed this information an the dealer stated there was no accidents on the car. The car fax stated the auction reported this information which means the dealer knew this when they brought the car. The dealer was aware the it was not on the car fax an sold me a car with frame damage with out telling me.Desired Settlement: I would like a refund of what the book value of the car is suppose to be now if there was no frame damage. This is all I was looking for when I was going to trade in the car. With that they can keep the car.
