I placed an order in oct (order #***), it never came they kept saying it was out of stock, delayed. I asked for my money back I say in jan, they said ok but I never received anything. none of there phone numbers work ,they don't respond to may emails or anything. i'm out $200
This consumer's refund was processed through paypal March 2, 2020 $190.98.
I have received my refund and its paid in full.
I ordered parts for my engine online on October 15th. Didnt hear from them, so I tried to contact hpd.com for details such as tracking or general status. It wasnt until I mentioned a refund on october 22 that I was informed the parts were out of stock so asked for a refund. It is currently november 6 and it has not been resolved. I have contacted my bank to begin a dispute.
