Good evening I'm emailing you in regards to the vessels workshop complaintI got an email from them a few days ago saying that my items were shipped and should be here this weekend so I'm happy about thatI'm glad they responded with some type of information but nonetheless their customer service
is horrible you can never get a hold of anyone

First of all, the product ordered takes up to weeks to ship, therefore this order was well within it's promised time frame when this complaint was filed inappropriately. Second, Vessel Workshop does not have a company phone, therefore the customer could not have been calling the correct company. They most likely were calling a company called "Vessel Bags" which is different ownership than "Vessel Workshop". The customer has proceeded to harass me, leaving terrible reviews online, even though I have done nothing wrong. The order is well within it's promised time frame. Due to this customer's inappropriate behavior, it's reasonable that this complaint be removed immediately. Vessel Workshop did exactly what it promised to do, and this harassment is absolutely uncalled for and will not be tolerated.For a complaint to be valid, a company needs to do something wrong. We received an order, and shipped it by it's deadline. Clearly, that's a job well done.Cheers!-***

Revdex.com: customer service sucks because if I call or email the job of a company would be to respond back in a timely mannerIt took a complaint to the Revdex.com which would have been avoided if they just responded
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.
