Hotel stayed on January 2 was very disappointed with extremely loud music until 2:00 a.m. Front desk refused to change rooms and hung up on me.HI,my name is [redacted], member XXX XXXXXXXX. Platinum Total Rewards. I was in Memphis and decided to go to Tunica Horseshoe for the first time. I was told there was a room available so I went to your hotel on Saturday January 2, 2016. I was assigned room [redacted] on the second floor. when I got there around 5:00 p.m. I heard some music playing, but did not think anything of it. When I got back to my room after gambling at 10:00 pm. the music was super loud. I thought by 11:00 p.m. the music was over. Instead it kept going and then I called the front desk and she was like the band will be playing until 2:00 am. and then hung up on me.If I had known, I would made reservations some other hotel in Tunica. Why would you have a band played near the hotel rooms when the guest are trying to sleep? Also,I know I was comp but I still got reward points taken away from me and I had to make a deposit for $40.00 which is not worth it.I love your hotel and be willing to go back but next time, please be honest and say there's a band playing until 2:00 a.m. which might affect your sleeping. I called the host today-no answer, I called the hotel mgr-no answer.Desired SettlementI would like to get my comp points back for not able to sleep in your hotel. I would like to be treated with respect and not get hang up on the phone. Please check my total rewards card, I do gamble couple of thousand of dollars a year and thinking of playing more at this new place I found in tunica. But please treat your members better.

Excessive hold on credit card as well as fraudulent charge.I stayed in the hotel on 8/27/15 . I had previously booked and paid for the room through expedia. Upon check-in I was asked to provide a card for incidental , and told they would put a $40 hold on the card. After checkout I noticed a $89.28 charge on my card. After calling I was told that it was a hold on the account , even though I only authorized a $ 40 hold. I was also informed that they would then be charging a $10.99 resort fee. No one had informed me of an additional fee upon booking or upon check-in . Because of this I asked it be waived as well as the hold be removed immediately. The front desk told me they would not due either of these things, and it may be up to 14 days before the hold will be removed.I feel both of the above matters a fraud.Desired Settlement Return the 10.99 resort fee and compensate me for the time I could not use my $89.28 due to the hold they placed.

My fiance and I (reservation was under his name ([redacted]) stayed two nights in the hotel, we couldn't sleep because the band was so loud it shook our walls and sounded like they were in our room. We complained, and the clerk all but ignored us. When I came home and tried to contact their management, I was told, there was nothing they could do, because I didn't talk to a manager at the location, and they would have moved us, which is not true, because it was a huge tournament weekend. I want a refund for both nights, they customer service is horrible at this location.Desired SettlementMoney for our two night stay. Business Response Guest already reached out to hotel managment. Guest was informed about refund policy, guest reservation was under the boyfriend's name and on a deeply discounted tournament rate.Consumer Response (The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.)The discounted rate has nothing to do with my compliant. I did contact management and they said there was nothing they could do, because I didn't complain while I was there.I still feel a refund is appropriate. Final Business Response

On June 21,2013 I attended a concert here.I was taking photos as I always do here.A security guard came over & said I could not use a professional camera.I tried to explain it was a point & shoot camera. He would not let me explain. He tells me to stop yelling which I was not.I had to talk loud for the music. He then tells me to shut up as I ask to let me explain the camera. As I am setting there begging him to listen he grabs my wrist and threatens me.After this I go to the main casino security guys in black shirts. One goes down to him,but never returns to tell me anything.I go to my seat and the security guard continously stares at me.I am now a nervous wreck,so I go back and talk to [redacted] the head of security. He goes and talks to him,but as he returns he walks past me.I ask another guy named [redacted] what to do and I am directed to the first guy in black I talked to who accuses me of walking off which I did not do.Then [redacted] once again is called in,but nothing is done.I end up filing a report with the casino and leaving, because my nerves were so shot I could not enjoy the show especially with him staring at me.I have never heard back from the report and I have emailed them about this without an answer as to what will be done.Product_Or_Service: [redacted] Concert TicketDesired SettlementI want my $69.11 for the concert ticket which I did not get to watch & enjoy.I also want an apology and a guarantee that this will not happen at the other concerts I have tickets for there which after those I will never return there.
