Hello, Considering the timing of the order and complaint, I cannot but wonder why *** * would complain so quickly. According to our logs, first ever contact was an offline message in the chat, Saturday, April 08, 2017, at 22:(GMT+0) (picture attached) As stated on our store site, chat
is available from 9am-5pm. Order processing takes a couple of daysApril 1st was a Saturday, we processed it on Tuesday, the 4thPrinting process takes hours and then the package is shippedTechnically it couldn't be shipped before 10th April. With customs procedure and everything, the package was finally delivered on 20th April. As seen here: ***
This order was processed and delivered within the time frame for international shipping for non-shirts(attachment).We are very sorry that the customer didn't feel safeWe know there are many scammers out thereYet we truly never received any question before the 8th April, and we couldn't answer before Monday. Also, this dispute could have been fair and closed, once the customer did receive their item. We hope that our standpoint and facts we provided will help resolve this misunderstanding.
