Horticulture Services does a fine job providing landscape maintenance and snow removal in our Blaine neighborhood of 30+ single family homesThe crew is courteous, professional and reliableOur rep from the company does a great job communicating guidelines or changes in the schedule due to Mother Nature, and handling any issues that pop upSeveral of my neighbors have used HS to replace mulch in their foundation beds with landscape rock and have been very pleased with the resultsThe HS crew also did a great job installing a landscape bed around the utility boxes in my front yard This is the third landscape/snow removal company our neighborhood has contracted with in the past five years and is clearly the best Laurie H

This place is HORRIBLE! I talked to the owner twice and asked that they not touch anything in my yard, as I care for it myselfI'm in a townhome communityYet, they continually destroy things! Pull out flowers while leaving a sticker bush right next to them, hack the hell out of bushes with chain saws when I had already pruned them, today they wrecked special flowers with a weed blower, wrecked my dog chain and tried to hide the evidence, AND left a dead animal in my garden for years! I could tell they picked it up, then left it there another year! EVERY YEAR they wreck and pull out my flowers! When I asked to talk to the manager, I was told that he DOESN'T SPEAK ENGLISH! ARE THESE ILLEGAL ALIENS BESIDES??? STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!! I have pics of everything!

In my professional opinion in managing community associations for over years in the Twin Cities I must say that Horticulture Services is the best grounds care contractor on the East Side of the Twin CitiesThere will always be issues to deal with no matter what vendor you use, but what is important is what happens after a complaint is lodged I can tell you that each and every incident that has come up in my experience has been taken care of in a professional, courteous, and timely mannerIn my opinion Horticulture Services has the best ability to communicate with their homeowners and property managers in a way that fosters a true partnership with the their company and the properties that they serve You are lucky if are able to have Horticulture Services to manage your property And as the labor market shrinks more and more every year it will be hard to find service that is comparable to theirsSincerely

This is the worst company that I have had to work withThey are constantly running over plants, burying there lawn cutters into the soft banks of my pond, and tearing up the lawnThey left a sprinkler line broken under my new driveway, and now I have a section that has broken offThey supposedly fixed this THREE different times, and every time the sprinklers came on it blew open a bigger cavern under my driveway.Now I am told the repairs won’t be done until sometime before ThanksgivingLast fall I paid for a new driveway and now I have a big patch to look at, thanks to Horticultural ServicesThomas K***

As an association manager I was introduced to Horticultural Services years agoThey were the Grounds Contractor for a property I took over from another management companyTheir work was, and continues to be, exceptionalNow, they service of the properties I manage and each association is pleased with their performanceI highly recommend them and I give them a star rating
