This company was hired to remove shrubs and vine in our backyardThey were here from AM until 3:PMThey charged me extra ($total) to remove rock that I had requested so that we could lay down some artificial grassWhen I returned home the workers were gone and our pool was left a mess, and the rock that I paid for to be removed was not removed, and the debris from the vines was not removed from the wallSome of the workers were smoking on the job, which is a fire hazard in my opinionThey left for an hour without telling meTheir customer service was no help and very rude to the clientVery disappointedI will not hire them again
I believe Horticulture Unlimited is a very professional and knowledgeable company The servicemen are excellent and always very helpful They work hard in all types of weather Currently I am being serviced by *** and his crew of men who are excellent They are the reason I continue my business with this company Not only service but plantings and landscaping design are their specialties A great company
I contacted this company because they are listed as having arborists certified in sustainable landscape management I was very impressed with everyone, from *** who came out to look at my trees for an estimate, to *** and *** who did the work They were careful to explain their approach and to learn about what were my concerns (not to over-prune) They were professional, did a good job and cleaned up thoroughly I would highly recommend them Also, the price was reasonable
