Review: About a year ago I found a place called [redacted]. I leased from them a 2003 Dodge Caravan. The van hasn't given me any problems but I do have a problem with the owners. I was originally doing business with [redacted], however, something happened (that I can't fully explain because it wasn't explained to me) where another entity came into the picture and "took over my account". Since these new people Amina Hayat, LLC stepped in it has been a nightmare. They have a gentleman by the name of [redacted] that is in charge of collecting the payments. [redacted] has to be the absolute worse person in the world when it comes to customer service and billing. Numerous times I have requested that he email me a receipt after I make a payment so that I can keep a tally of what I'm paying to the company. On numerous occasions [redacted] has taken unauthorized payments out of my account. He keeps a record of my bank and credit cards that I use and runs payments when ever he feels like it without my permission. I have asked him on several occasions not to hold on to my information and not to run payments without my permission but he continues to do so anyway. He also makes it a habit to only text me when I try to contact him. He will not answer his phone he will only respond to text messages. I am so over going through the same thing every time it's time to make a payment. Since I get no receipt record I'm not even sure if they are paying off a bank loan like they claim.

I would like the company to take back their vehicle and give me all the money I have paid up to date, or give me the title to the vehicle. I will be taking this case to small claims court. I feel violated.

Review: Problems with the title. I have paid for taxes and tags in April. To this day I do not have tags. DMV will not give me pr the dealership a temp tag, due to issue with the title. The dealership is using Hortons' Brothers dealership license. The Dealership is called [redacted], which is no longer open. I have contacted the mechanic at this address given in the complaint, and have been given several phone numbers. Still, no luck.I was given , [redacted] phone number and was told she is in charge of the title and tag. Her number is [redacted]. Also the lawyer who also helps out; [redacted] Thank you.Desired Settlement: Refund or tags.
