Please see attached for CIC's 2nd response. The Cincinnati Insurance Company The Cincinnati Indemnity CompanyThe Cincinnati Casualty Company The Cincinnati Specialty Underwriters Insurance CompanyThe Cincinnati Life Insurance Company THECINCINNATI INSURANCE COMPANIESBrad E. S[redacted], AIC, AIS Secretary Regional Manager, Casualty ClaimsFebruary 21, 2018 Sent Via E-Mail Only: [redacted]@cincinnati.Revdex.com.orgRevdex.com Attn: [redacted] Marketplace Resource ConsultantSubject: Our Named Insured: [redacted] Our Claim #: [redacted] Revdex.com ID #:    [redacted]Dear [redacted];This follows the voice message I left for you a couple days ago. I am writing this second response, per [redacted]'s reply to my letter of 2-13-18. As I understand [redacted], the facts ofthe situation are not of concern to him, he just wants $500 for his deductible. Given [redacted]'s insistence, I wanted to be sure I was not missing something, so I looked backover the matter in detail once again. I did discover that I overlooked an important component. From my prior letter that provided a short description of the incidents causing damage to Mr. [redacted]'s vehicle, please recall there were two incidents/claims. First, [redacted]'s vehicle sliddown a hill. The vehicle sustained damage in that incident. [redacted]'s personal auto policy deductible of $500 was applied to that damage. Second, [redacted]'s vehicle was againdamaged when the tow truck caused a tree to fall on it. Because we anticipated being able tosubrogate for that damage, we did NOT apply a second deductible. Therefore, there is nodeductible for [redacted] to recover. Trying to help [redacted] on this, our claim handler has told [redacted] that, although nodeductible was taken with regard to the second claim, we do appreciate some of the damagesfrom the two incidents may overlap. As such, if/when we are able to recover the damages we have paid under the policy, or some portion thereof, we will reimburse [redacted] aproportionate share of his deductible. Thank you for your time and assistance.Brad ** S[redacted]The Cincinnati Insurance CompaniesMailing Address: P.O. We mailed a
notice of non-renewal to be effective 07/17/2016 to the policyholder on
04/29/2016 for their personal home policy pursuant to KRS 304.20-040 with a
minimum 75 days required notice. This home policy
was brought to our attention prior to the 07/17/2016 renewal. In reviewing, we
noticed...

damage to the roof based on a home inspection completed 11/05/15. Due
to the condition of the roof, we opted to non-renew the policy with mailed
notice on 04/29/2016. Upon review of the wording of the notice sent to the
insured, it was indicated there was damage in other parts of the home. The
actual wording was "Condition of home: including but not limited to
condition of roof." This should have been worded in such a way to indicate
multiple issues with the roof including discoloration from algae, missing
shingles and shingles that were lifting in spots. The overall condition was
only related to the issues of the roof; however, not all of the specific issues
with the roof were listed on the legal notice. Hopefully this helps clarify the
situation.If you have any
further questions, please contact me directly. Cordially,Joseph [redacted],

Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.
This is  ridiculous, considering other appraisal of damages indicate no issues from being stuck. There was only one claim. One claim! This is thetmost absurd thing I have  ever heard, and I will ensure  that the world knows how your company mistreats customers.  I have photographs to verify, in addition to the Burke County sheriff's  testimony.
Regards,
