We bought a brand new a/c-heating unit from this company 4-5 years ago. Every time the season changes, we have to call them to come out and fix some kind of problem. They have replaced electrical wiring that they wired, tubing, fan, and have to put freon in ALL the time! This new of a unit should not be having these kind of problems. When we call for service, they are very rude! We are a bother to them because we complain about having someone to the house 2+ times a year to fix a problem that they caused to start with. Unless you want to be ignored and have issues to galore, best not to buy anything from them. They have not been trained for customer service skills!
