I was looking into the rent to own program with HOS Financials and was in contact with one of their reps, Kurrie SMy situation is unlike those on their websites so I was unsure how the process would work for me as I do have a significant down payment to put towards a home - my issue is I have a sales job that would require me to provide years of pay stubs which I do not yet haveAs a result, I started doing more research to see who could help me and turned to HOS Financials Instead of Kurrie explaining the process and catering his responses to my particular situation, he simply stated that I needed to get a credit cheque which would cost me money to do so Kurrie emailed me times asking why I have not gotten my credit report yetAt the point, I responded and stated that I did not want to waste money on something that I did not understandInstead of explaining how he would help me, he insulted me by stating that I obviously did not want to purchase a home Because of this, Kurrie has left a bad taste in my mouth and I will never recommend anyone to HOS FinancialsInstead, I will use another companyCustomer service is essential to any business and it shows that he lacks respect and basic manners I advise consumers to stay away and use another company as Kurrie was a reflection of a business that is money hunger and wants to empty your pockets to gain a dollar

As a result, I started doing more research to see who could help me and turned to HOS Financials.

Instead of Kurrie explaining the process and catering his responses to my particular situation, he simply stated that I needed to get a credit cheque which would cost me money to do so.

Kurrie emailed me 2 times asking why I have not gotten my credit report yet. At the point, I responded and stated that I did not want to waste money on something that I did not understand. Instead of explaining how he would help me, he insulted me by stating that I obviously did not want to purchase a home.

Because of this, Kurrie has left a bad taste in my mouth and I will never recommend anyone to HOS Financials. Instead, I will use another company. Customer service is essential to any business and it shows that he lacks respect and basic manners.

I advise consumers to stay away and use another company as Kurrie was a reflection of a business that is money hunger and wants to empty your pockets to gain a dollar.
