Review: Dear Revdex.com,

I brought in two pair of pants to be drycleaned at the [redacted] Cleaners, which states same day service on window. This place of business is located at [redacted].The hours for drycleaning operation on the outside window clearly show 09:30- 4:30pm. My approximate time of arrival was around 0930 Friday Morning(06-10-2016).I was serviced about 5-7 minutes after the cacausian woman before me. The person([redacted] Owner-self attestation) who provided me customer service told me that he comes in at 0700 morning time, and that If I wanted my clothes drycleaned for same day service I should have brought them in at 0700. I replied that if I had known that he opens at 0700, I would have been there at that time. Additionally, in a polite manner I told/showed him on his business window that it shows 09:30-4:30 for same day drycleaning service. He then took my pants to the back and communicated with another male individual in Korean Language about my items. About a minute later, he told me I would have to wait until Monday before for my clothes would be serviced. I asked him what is the problem? I arrived in a timely manner based on the time clearly posted on his business window. He stated again that I should have came in at 0700 in a Loud and disrespectful manner, followed by racist hand movements shooing me out of his store. I was highly insulted by his mannerism, and told him that this incident would not go unreported.Desired Settlement: He should without hesistation, sincerely apologize to me and treat customers with respect and courtesy, especially people of color that he appears not be very fond of. Secondly, if he will not honor the posted hours on his business window for drycleaning service, then he needs to immeditely change information posted on his window. Additionally,I have never visted this particular drycleaners before, but have lived long enough to know when a place of business has unresolved race issues.
