Review: To whom it may concern, I've applied for a $5,000 loan with this company and was approved on May 1st, 2014. At this point, I was told to pay a $984 dollar insuarnce premium in two installments in order to have my loan deposited into my personal bank account. On May 16th, 2014 I paid the fisrt half of the insurance premium which was $530 required to release the funds in to my account. Then on May 17th, 2014 they requested $500 for the balance of the premium which now included taxes and this supposedly would release the funds in to my account.On May 20th, 2014 I was called upon to pay another fee of $550 this time for a brokerage fee, which I was not informed of initially. This was accompanied by a letter again guaranting the release of funds.After making this third unexpected payment on the 21st and repetedly trying to call the corporation's business number which always toned busy, I still had not received my loan funds.On May 22nd, 2014 I finally got a response from the "loan agent"request yet another PAYMENT of another $500 dollars guaranting 100% that the funds now would be released...After submitting a forth payment for a $5,000 loan, I still did not receive my funds. Today, May 23rd, 2014 I was contacted again by the same agent for a fifth installement of $550 which I refused to pay and suspiciously requested a refund of the $2080 dollars and western union fees I was urged to pay for IMMEDIATE submission of payments for release of loan funds. After still not being able to contact anyone by phone, I once again emailed the "agent", this time to press urgency on the status of my loan by using legal action to support my refund request.He finally called me back, after ignoring my emails and informed me that a refund with Hosparia Services Inc would take 3-6 weeks time to reimburse a full amount.Desired Settlement: I want a full refund of the fees involved in this application PLUS the fees I've paid to "urgently" deliver the additional requested payments in order to release the loan funds.
