Hospitalists of Arizona, Inc

While I have no complaints about the doctors, their billing practices are inappropriate and extremely difficult to deal with. For some reason they chose not to take down my insurance information while I was in the hospital with my baby. They have sent a statement every other week, but each time I send in my insurance information it gets ignored. I have called 4 times now and they cannot seem to figure out how to pick up a phone and answer it or call back from a voicemail. Now I have a letter claiming they will send my account into collections if I do not respond. Again, highly inappropriate. Avoid using their doctors at all costs due to their inability to properly handle billing.
