Review: Purchasing a 'Dinner Jazz Cruise' product did not produce the experience describe in the online purchase. Buying this experience did not include food. Was not satisfied with the description of product on the website, as the ticket counter revealed there was an up charge for meals. My assumption was that a 'Dinner Jazz Cruise' Included what the named described. The name implies it includes three items, Dinner, Jazz Music, and a Cruise. Unless I have missed a memo were 'Dinner Jazz' is now considered a music genre. The product that I was buying was not adequately described to me on the website.

No service was rendered as I did not get on the boat, or participate in the experience. Tickets were never validated. Went to the ticket counter at place of cruise and requested a refund due to the reasons above, was told to go call Bigeasy.com, after calling bigeasy.com, was either hung up on or transferred back over to the ticket counter which told me to call bigeasy.com. This run-around happened 3 or 4 times.

Because of this experience, I determined there was no sensible way or process to be issued a refund and opened a fraud claim with my bank. Putting a hold on the funds. I will continue to pursue this matter through and means or avenues necessary.

Considered this experience for a corporate event, but will not be making that recommendation because of the poor customer service.Desired Settlement: I would like a refund for $92.00

Review: I bought 2 tickets totaling $84. They charged my credit card $84 four times instead of 1. The original charge was on September 14th, and it is October 21st and I still have not received my refund. They keep telling me that the refund check is in the mail, but it never comes (it was supposed to be here five days ago). No one can tell me why they can't just credit the overcharged amount back to my credit card rather than cutting me a check. They have been less than helpful and have not responded to my requests for updates/information in a timely manner at all.Desired Settlement: I would like my refund immediately. I have already waited over a month, plus, I have already had to pay the overcharges because my credit card bill was due.
