Support so far has been outstanding - very surprising based on years in this market with other companies in US for me, personallyResponse time is very fast and multiple techs/supervisor get on tickets/requests right away

I just wanted to share some thought about HostColor, we've been working with them for almost a year now and have been very happy with. I personally worked for other US Hosting companies in the pass and the service quality and customer support is just outstanding. I am a demanding hosting client and what I mean by that I do need some custom things setup from ISP infrastructure end and know for a fact that some would simply say no that it's outside the scope of support or whatever and not accommodate our needs which HostColor always had. I am a founder of https://skylineservers.com, we're a small business and specialize in custom support/hosting solutions for demanding clients that simply outgrow their hosting packages and are refused to be helped, and that simply would not be possible for us to do without some extra legwork from our ISP as well to make things possible for which I am very grateful. Keep it up.

We have been colocating with Host Color since May 2015. Their network AS46873 is stable and fast. The support is very helpful.
