this is a spam hosting. This is the second time I have to change the DNS record because their hosting running phishing websites. And the ip address get blocked. Then I contact their service for a refund for the hosting. They refused because they only allow refund in 30 days since you use this spam hosting. They guarantee 99.9% uptime is totally a lie. My blog have been down for more than 3 days.. There is no notice mail or anything to let you know unless you contact their bad customer service. If you are running one website seriously, Avoid this spam hosting. Stay away from Hostease. They would never refund your money even their hosting is not working. The so called 30 days refund time means if you have any trouble after 30 days, They would never do anything. The worst service of the hosting - Hostease.

However, after 2 days trial, I realized that their service is unstable and the speed is slow. I therefore requested them to cancel my service and give me back back.It is then the first time they told me that the 30 day money back does not apply to the user who paid monthly. I felt that was ripped off because such condition was not shown anywhere or during any step when I signed up. When I continued to ask them to explain and they just kept denying issuing refund without giving any firm evidence and even just didnt bother to answer me anymore.Desired Settlement: I would like to have a full refund of my payment and another USD 100 to compensate my time and effort to recover my loss due to their misleading advertisment which is obviously hiding cost behind.
