For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.There are several statements in the business' responseThe claim that there were no other guests in the room during the last night of my stay is incorrectThere were two other guests on the lower bed, while me and my guest slept on the upper bedI spoke over the phone with the manager of the business once the dispute arose and he confirmed thisI am positive that the hotel records will confirm that there were a total of four guests in the room that nightAdditionally, I was not contacted by Hostel Network International by phone or written communication in regards to the fraudulent charge once I left the businessThey used my card, which they had on file, without my authorizationThe dispute was only discussed once I saw the charges on my credit card statement and personally called the business and left a voicemailThis was approximately days after my stayUnlike the business, I have evidence to corroborate these factsUltimately, it has become clear to me that Hostel Network International is not willing to handle this matter ethically and professionallyIn effect, I will be pursuing litigation and consulting my lawyer in regards to next stepsThey should expect a notice shortly Regards, [redacted]

The gentleman and lady checked into the hostel on 4/28/and were repeatedly and politely told to use just one full bed for the two of them per their reservation in the shared dormitoryThey were informed that if they used any other bed, they would be charged as there are additional costs to
getting the beds ready for additional guests to checking inThey complied until their last night’s stayNo other guests were in the room that night and they then proceeded to use the bunk bed above their full bedWe contacted them after they left on 4/30/and informed them that since they used the upped bed, we would be charging them for the useWe had repeated informed them not to use any other beds and they did not comply on their final night, hence the additional charge.Sincerely,Hostel Network International

Our bookings system and room assignment will attest that the guest and his companion were the only guests in the room and that is why they were charged for the extra bedWe politely and repeatedly informed them during cheof the policy and repeatedly advised them to only use one bed.Thank you,Hostel Network International
