understand how upset he is. Our position is that duplicate charging did not occur. The guest paid and stayed for the 5 nights of May 26, 27, 28, 29, and 30. At 10:19 pm on May 29th Mr. [redacted] paid $56 dollars for May 30th and June 6th, which was a non-refundable future paid deposit. A storage agreement form was read and signed by Mr. [redacted], stating that the deposit was non-refundable.
