Hostelling International Toronto

I have a complaint to make against hi toronto hostel- I made a reservation and their refuse me to stay in toronto hostel- they cant denial my reservation online- just imagine if someone has booked to come in 3 in the morning- where would he go 3 in the moring- well I have filed a statement of claim at superior against hospital and doctors in kingston general hospital- as you not adware there is university at kingston and 80% of student are their for medical degrees- and they do have second jobs as well- ***- anyway I stayed their first I requested security box- they didnt provided me with that room- I request a quite room away from all the windows- they didnt provied with that either- I have all my toliettes and it was all stolen- and I heard there is no security deposit when you book a bed at the hostel- they demanded $500.00 deposit- last time I booked the room and their said come on down and refuse me when I got their-
I havent caused any problem or any damages to be treated like that-
and the computer outside is free for guest but their charge me money everytime I m there-
